Country of incorporation and main country of operation
Agua Terra is a limited liability company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 3 July 2008.
The Company`s initial focus will be on development opportunities within Greece, with intention to expand into Cyprus within the next two years, when circumstances allow.
Please note that as Agua Terra Limited is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
